Act, 1929, Article 68 contains a misprint, and it is

observed that this has been followed in Article 68 of Table A

in the First Schedule to the Ordinance under consideration. At the end of the 9th and beginning of the 10th lines "the

rotation or retirement" should read "the rotation of

retirement.

The Board note that it is proposed to enquire of the

Governor why provision has not been included in Section 251 of the Ordinance for priority for assessed taxes etc., due to

the Crown. I am to observe, however, that except as regards

King's taxes Section 251 appears to follow Section 264 of the

H.R Goda 10/31 Companies Act, 1929 in so far as the latter Section is
